New Year, New Functions: Session Management, Now in coachingspace!
The new year is only a few days old, and we can already happily announce a new feature in coachingspace that many of you have been waiting for: alongside numerous smaller improvements, you can now plan, prepare and run sessions with your clients even better.
The coachingspace session management: creates order and eases planning
We have received a great deal of feedback in recent months, for which we thank you warmly. One repeatedly voiced wish was the ability to plan and manage sessions with clients better. Our session management serves exactly this purpose. There you can set up sessions in advance, along with the tools you want to use in each session (for example the online constellation board or the digital Map of States of Being), all at your leisure. The reverse also works: if you have already created several tools (for example online constellation boards), you can now assign them to previously created sessions. Go to the menu of the corresponding tool and click "Add session". A list of the sessions already created appears. Select the session, and the tool appears in the method overview of the session management (see graphic below).
Two more useful functions of the session management sit right at the top: there you can choose whether to activate our integrated video conferencing tool, and you can add notes to every session.
Once everything is set up, copy and send the link to your client with your standard e-mail program, or use our integrated invitation tool. To do so, click "Invite client" and enter their e-mail address. They then receive the following e-mail:
You have been invited by XXX to a digital coaching session on coachingspace.net. Click the following link to join:
Join session
I like to use this function to remind clients of the appointment about 15 minutes before the session starts. A tutorial video will follow shortly on our YouTube channel.
For the session management too, we already have numerous further ideas, such as an integrated calendar function. So stay curious. 🙂
