SSL encryption
Your trust is what drives us. coachingspace therefore exclusively uses SSL-encrypted connections and thus ensures maximum data security.
Order processing contract
Data protection is important to us. coachingspace therefore offers you an order processing contract (AV contract) that guarantees all GDPR requirements.
GDPR compliant
In addition to the previously mentioned security standards, all aspects of the GDPR, such as data economy, are complied with.
Server in Germany
coachingspace is a German company and is further developed here. All data is stored exclusively on German servers and is processed according to European guidelines.
Daily data backup
All data is backed up daily. The servers are located in a data center in Nuremberg, so that all security requirements, such as access restrictions and fire protection equipment, are met.
Anonymity
We do not store IP addresses of users. Communication via video conferences is not recorded and cannot be viewed by coachingspace employees. Your consultation is therefore completely anonymous and encrypted.
