Only this spring we received the European Training Award of the BDVT, then in October the "Verpasse keine Krise" ("Don't Miss a Crisis") award of the Systemic Society (Systemische Gesellschaft), and now another prestigious award!
coachingspace is "Innovation of the Year"
In the illustrious company of Aldi, BMW, Deutsche Bahn, Deutsche Bank, Telekom, McDonald's and Rossmann, among others, we can now also call ourselves winners of the HR Excellence Award. And not in just any category: we get to call ourselves "Innovation of the Year". What a fantastic way to end the year!
We are the winners in the "Innovation of the Year" category
We applied together with Antonia Klein-Nikolaidis of coachingcard.de, who was one of the first to believe in our project and who now provides nine of her beautiful positioning maps for use in coachingspace. In the application process, we prevailed against more than 400 applications in total and were chosen as the winner by a high-profile jury. Together with Antonia, we are of course absolutely delighted about this award, and it spurs us on to keep improving.

Inner Team, constellation board and positioning maps become paid methods
With the HR Excellence Award, the old year comes to an end, and the new year 2022 brings an important change for us: as we have already told our users in our newsletter, the three methods Inner Team, constellation board and positioning maps will become paid methods as of 1 January 2022. Thanks to our EXIST scholarship, we were able to postpone this step for a long time and give everyone the opportunity to test coachingspace extensively. The good news is: this option to try things out will remain in the future, albeit in a somewhat more limited form.
This is made possible by a free option in our pricing model. It includes the two tools digital notepad and digital whiteboard as well as all the familiar coachingspace features (automatic saving in the background, integrated video tool, client management, etc.). The paid methods get a watermark, which means they can still be opened and tested (for non-commercial use).
You can find the shop in your coachingspace account on the left under "Verwaltung" (Administration)
To remove the watermark, you can choose from various subscription options in our shop: from the day ticket at an introductory price of €9.90, with all methods available for 24 hours, to the individual package, where you can choose one or more methods for €19.90/month each, all the way up to the premium package with all methods for €49.90/month. With this, we hope to meet the needs of as many of our users as possible, from occasional users to power users.
