The New Video Conferencing Is Here
Dear coachingspace community,
we are delighted to share exciting news today: the future of video conferencing at coachingspace starts now! Together with our partner Whereby (https://whereby.com/), we have built a video conferencing solution for you that impresses not only with its reliability but also meets the highest standards in data protection.
Up front: it remains the case that our tools, where included in your subscription, can be used without limit each month. If you use other video conferencing providers, nothing changes for you.
What changes?
Breakout rooms are now available
For conferences with up to 4 participants, end-to-end encryption can be selected
Subscription packages will in future have a limit on participant minutes (premium package = 8,500 minutes, individual package = 5,000 minutes)

What is a participant minute?
Since we settle with our partner by the minute, we can no longer offer unlimited video conferencing. We prioritize quality here. Concretely, that means:
3 clients are in a video conference with you for 50 minutes = 4 participants × 50 minutes = 200 minutes of the total volume used.
What happens when my quota is used up?
You can continue using all tools without restriction. Only the video conferencing is then unavailable for the rest of the month. However, additional quota can be purchased.
The video conferencing can be tested freely until 30 April 2024.
